As a Project Manager with us, you will drive small, medium, or large projects for some of the most exciting companies in the market. Additionally, you will often work with the most modern methods in project management.

In your role, you will help our clients meet the demands placed on their operations. Your assignment may involve being responsible for the development of a product and leading a group of engineers from various disciplines - from idea to production, through requirements specification, design, testing, verification/validation, and production.

The projects can be conducted at our clients' locations within Greater Stockholm (from Uppsala in the north to Södertälje in the south) or in our own facilities in Solna. Around you, you will have many competent colleagues and an active exchange of experiences. Our clients are primarily represented in the sectors of Automotive, Defense, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Medical Technology, and Telecommunications.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience managing their own projects in software, mechanics, and electronics, preferably within product development companies and/or industrial projects.

· You have experience in the defense industry.

· We value that you have worked in several different industries, as our clients' requirements and wishes vary over time.

· You have an engineering degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, electronics, or engineering physics.

· You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· It is an advantage if you are certified according to PMI, IPMA, or Prince2, as well as experience with agile working methods.
